Shipping Policy

We understand how important it is for your to get your order on time and in a good condition. We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. We usually process orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that orders received on Friday will be shipped only the following working day. Please also note the following:

• We use Dubai based local courier for your deliveries
• For all orders more than AED 200/- we ship free of charge
• For orders less than AED 200/- a charge of AED 15/- would apply
• For all deliveries in Dubai & Sharjah, we will take 2-3 working days
• For deliveries to Abudhabi & Northern Emirates, we will take 2-5 days.
• If you haven’t received delivery of your products within 7 days of your purchase, please write to us at support@smartriderdubai.com
• We will replace all damaged/lost goods free of cost

Finally, please ensure that your delivery address is filled out correctly in the order form.
